Andrea De Rosa
A Neapolitan lawyer born in 1969, he is the founder of the law firm ADR & Associates based in Rome, and Antegroup, a Public Affairs company. He graduated with honors from Federico II University in Naples and obtained a master’s degree in Law and Business Economics from Luiss University in Rome. He is the author of numerous publications, a native Italian speaker who speaks fluent English.

He has worked for years, gaining in-depth knowledge of the energy and healthcare sectors, assisting numerous public and private companies, and developing new business with them; he currently serves as a legal advisor for the government.
He is a co-founder of the Italy-Cyprus Chamber of Commerce, where he is in charge of the “Energy” and “Pharma” sectors, and is a partner in one of the most important law firms in Cyprus.
He has always been passionate about engines (cars and motorcycles) and has written for major national newspapers for about 10 years.
He loves sports (skiing, tennis, gym, diving), follows with great curiosity and interest everything related to wellness and sports nutrition.
He has always traveled alone and with his family. He enjoys music and loves cities full of energy.
Extroverted and increasingly interested in all new businesses and trends.
Absolutely not sophisticated in taste, but much more focused on substance, both in social relationships and in life habits.
His office is located in Piazza di Spagna and he is planning to open another in Dubai soon.
Nunzio Fiale
Nunzio, born and raised in Milan, lived there until his twenties when he completed his studies and embarked on his international adventure and career. He moved to London for a couple of years, where he continued his studies and started working in the London fashion world.
From that moment on, he never stops traveling, living, and working between Los Angeles, Miami, and South America. He has worked as a commercial director in several companies in sectors such as real estate, construction, fashion, events, and fairs. Specialized in building and managing sales networks, he is accustomed to working under pressure and achieving business objectives.
Public relations are certainly his greatest talent, and thanks to his international experiences, he has managed to build a very important customer portfolio.
Nunzio has been living in Ibiza for eight years, where he mainly deals with luxury real estate, tourist property management, and luxury concierge services.
He dedicates his free time to his family and loves playing sports and partying with his friends.
Javier P. Gallego
Born in Ponferrada, raised in Madrid, and now residing in Ibiza, Javier is the embodiment of Spartan vitality and energy. His free-spirited and slightly eccentric nature, coupled with his self-taught expertise, has enabled him to intimately know the island for over 20 years. Javier’s extensive career has developed across startups, small, medium, and large-scale companies in the real estate, advertising, fashion, tourism, entertainment, and luxury concierge sectors. He has held managerial, marketing, sales, and VIP concierge/protection roles in prestigious companies such as Look & Find, Nuevo Círculo Financiero, Prisa, Vkingas, and Luciernaga Magenta, among others.
Since entering the luxury concierge industry in Ibiza in 2012, Javier has worked with high-level executives, celebrities, sports personalities, and high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and companies from the Middle East, Russia, Ukraine, USA, UK, Germany, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Nigeria, India, Singapore, Australia, and Spain.
Javier P. Gallego boasts an MBA focused on the entertainment industry from the prestigious EOI Business School in Madrid and has studied law, tourism, entrepreneurship, finance, real estate, marketing, sales, e-commerce, and digital marketing. He is esteemed by clients, partners, and peers for his integrity, discretion, energy, drive, intelligence, style, networking abilities, capacity to work under extreme pressure, goal-oriented mindset, and his exceptional ability to understand his clients’ tastes and needs. Javier is a noble man with a big heart, a true warrior, and a protective angel for his family, friends, and clients.
